DormLoot is a campus marketplace that helps users discover and communicate about items. DormLoot is not the buyer, seller, payment processor, delivery provider, or owner of user listings.

Users must provide accurate information, use an eligible school email, follow applicable law and campus rules, and treat others respectfully. Users are responsible for evaluating items and completing exchanges safely.

Prohibited items and conduct include illegal or unsafe goods, fraud, harassment, impersonation, spam, academic misconduct, and attempts to bypass account or safety controls.

DormLoot may remove content, restrict accounts, preserve evidence, and cooperate with appropriate authorities when reasonably necessary to protect users or the service.

The service is provided as available. Transactions are between users, and DormLoot cannot guarantee listing accuracy, item condition, payment, pickup, or user conduct.
